This year, the Degustation Banquet will focus on 5 delectable courses of amazing local produce cooked over Fire, Coals & Grape Vines, with matched beverages & wines for each dish served.

The main ingredient from each course will be cooked over coals, giving you a unique flavour combination which will then be accompanied with a selection of wild regional delicacies, some foraged, and some caught wild.
