The award winning restaurant Marty @ Oakdene invites you to the 'Winter Warmer Wine Dinner', featuring special guest Joseph Pratt.

Joe was Marty's sous chef at Oakdene for a number of years before he was approached by the MasterChef Australia team of George Calombaris, Gary Mehigan and Matt Preston, to head up the kitchen on Channel Ten's ever popular MasterChef series.

Now in his fifth year on MasterChef, Joe has had the privilege of working alongside and recreating all the amazing dishes from such renowned chefs as Heston Blumenthal, Nigella Lawson and Marco Pierre White to name just a few.

Joe will be working alongside Marty and the fantastic Oakdene team to showcase variations of some of the dishes and techniques he has learned in his time on the MasterChef set and will also present his new beef jerky range 'Jurk Face by Chef Joe' which will have your taste buds jumping for joy.
