As Steve takes you through a selection of Oakdene’s best, you’ll indulge in oysters, mussels and other local Bellarine produce.
You’ll also learn about the various stages of mussel farming from skipper Lance Wiffen. Touch the mussel ropes as they’re pulled from the water and get a front row seat of the process from farm to plate.
Cooking demonstrations and tastings will introduce you to delicious mussel recipes that you can savour alongside the Oakdene wines.
