RATINGS & REVIEWS
92 points & Red Star Special Value, Philip Rich, Halliday Wine Companion - 'Barrel fermented and matured in French barriques (15% new) for eight months. A bright, medium green gold. A classically styled gris with aromas of gently poached pears, pink grapefruit and some orange blossom. The palate is gently textured, dry and slatey. It's quite a delicate style, and I can see this improving over the next 12-24 months'.
92 Points, Huon Hooke, The Real Review - 'Light, bright yellow colour, nutty and sandalwood overtones suggest some barrel fermentation, the bouquet quite complex and alluring in a savoury way. Crisp, palate cleansing acidity, adding persistence. A refined, tensioned and appetising dry white wine. Perhaps more grigio than gris in style and very good'.
