Oakdene Sparkling Wines
Oakdene’s range of Sparkling Wines are all made in a dry style, using the traditional varieties of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The range includes a fruit driven Non-Vintage house style, and limited production Vintage wines made using the traditional method with extended lees aging resulting in complex wines.

Pale straw with a salmon blush. Lifted notes of stone fruit, and bright red fruit aromas, followed by brioche and toast characters. Fine persistent mousse, with obvious bready autolysis, and red fruit Pinot Noir influence, balanced by firm acidity and a long, dry finish. Crafted from 100% Pinot Noir from a vineyard in Romsey, in the Macedon Ranges, using the traditional method and aged on lees for 41 months prior to disgorgement. Enjoy chilled as an aperitif or without food. Alc 12.0%
Pale bronze, an expressive citrus, green apple and spice bouquet, leading to a fine palate, with brioche/toast notes from extended time on yeast lees, the finish delicate and long. Crafted from a 50/50 blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from the Oakdene vineyard, using the traditional method and aged on lees for 30 months prior to disgorgement. Enjoy chilled as an aperitif with or without food.

Straw with a pink blush, with a persistent bead. Lifted floral and lemon citrus scents with yeasty characters and bruised apple notes. A delicate fruit driven style with a lively mousse. Lemon citrus flavours and subtle yeast characters with firm acid giving the wine overall balance, length and freshness. Enjoy well chilled as an aperitif with or without food.
