Drysdale’s brand new restaurant, Merne at Lighthouse, is proud to present the “Chefs of Merne” launch dinner in conjunction with Oakdene Wines.
Join co-owners Josh Smith, Graham Jefferies and Matt Dempsey for an amazing four course feast where they will pull out all tricks to “out do” each other.
The concept of the evening will allow free reign for the chefs to produce dishes that are true to their style and background, all matched to the wines of Oakdene.
It promises to be a stellar evening on the beautiful Bellarine Peninsula.
