Located on coastal farmland in Wallington near Ocean Grove, Oakdene's art-filled surrounds will give you and your staff or clients a memorable escape from the everyday.

Our private dining rooms are perfect for hosting a staff recognition lunch or a client dinner seating 8-15 people. For larger workshops or dinners, Oakdene Vineyards Restaurant and Mr Grubb Cafe can host from 20 guest seated through to 100 guests standing. 

The secluded Restaurant Garden is where art and nature combine to create the perfect setting for break-out sessions or an alfresco cocktail function in summer. The open fire in Mrs Hocking’s Bar is ideal for pre-dinner drinks in winter.  
 

If you’re hosting a staff workshop, your team can enjoy an afternoon of guided wine tastings in the Upside Down Cellar Door or team building activities across the Oakdene property. The cellar door is also a great space for pre-dinner drinks before moving to Oakdene's restaurant or cafe for the evening.

You can choose from a casual dining experience at our cafe, Mr Grubb @ Oakdene, or a fine dining experience in our award winning Oakdene Vineyards Restaurant. Our group menu options are designed to make decision making easier or we can tailor a menu to meet your function needs.

If you require accommodation we have three themed rooms on-site and in close proximity to all function spaces making it ideal for VIPs, guest speakers or the event organiser. We can also recommend local accommodation providers if you require additional rooms.

Our Cellar Door team can create personalised gift packs for your guests to remember their Oakdene function experience. Gift packs can include Oakdene’s award winning wine (5 RED star rating in James Halliday Australian Wine Companion 2016), wine accessories, olive oil or local handmade chocolate to suit your budget.

Our recently upgraded audio-visual facilities feature a 100” screen and mounted projector, a portable 58” flat screen and a wireless microphone ensuring your meeting AV requirements are met. Both audio visual facilities and guest parking is complimentary with all function bookings.

Our dedicated Events Coordinator will assist you to ensure your function achieves its business objectives. Oakdene is available seven days a week for functions.  To check availability, please submit an enquiry.
